Nisshinkogyo Co., Ltd. was founded in 1922 as a pioneer of waterproof materials in Japan, and we celebrated our 100th anniversary in 2022. In addition to providing high-quality, high value-added products, we also make active efforts to recycle and reuse resources efficiently, including producing recycled paper as a raw material for roofing, and building an end-to-end production system for manufacturing this raw material into roofing material. The waterproof materials of the future will require not only high quality, but also consideration for the environment and product designs which are easy to use for the people who actually do construction. We also develop eco-friendly waterproof materials, and while we are specialists in waterproof materials, we are working to develop other high-performance products in addition to waterproof materials, such as heat-resistant paints, rooftop greening units, and water conservation systems. We provide reliable materials which are environmentally friendly, extend the longevity of buildings, and can help to bring about a decarbonized society.
